HOW TO MAKE IT

Form ground beef into 1/3 pound patties. Season with salt and pepper. Create a slight depression in the center of each patty to prevent bulging during cooking.

Prepare the Patties

Brush pineapple rings with a light coating of Freakshow Asian Teriyaki Sauce and grill for 2-3 minutes per side until caramelized with grill marks.

Grill the Pineapple

Grill patties to desired doneness (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium). Brush generously with Freakshow Asian Teriyaki Sauce during the last minute of cooking.

Cook the Burgers

Toast the Buns


Lightly butter the brioche buns and toast them on the grill until golden brown, about 30 seconds.

Place the patty on the bottom bun, top with grilled pineapple, fresh jalapeño slices, and an extra drizzle of Freakshow Asian Teriyaki Sauce.

Assemble the Burger

Serve & Enjoy
